Backbone Floral strives to provide the best customer service available. We value you and appreciate you trusting us with our designs. We welcome any special requests with at least 3 days notice and will try our hardest to make it happen for you!
If an online order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact us immediately. To request a replacement, we must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Keep in mind that dried florals can be fragile. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Backbone Floral .
Should any customer place an order through Backbone Floral and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery of the order. (subjected to 15% cancellation fee).
We do offer any returns or refunds on our dried florals. We no longer offer fresh florals for local delivery.
